Catalyst Development Partners will soon break ground on a luxury apartment development within the eTown community. This marks the third major eTown announcement from The PARC Group, developers of eTown and the master-planned Nocatee community.
The apartments will be located within the Village Center, south of the single-family neighborhoods. Catalyst will complete construction in spring of 2020 and will offer approximately 332 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The floor-plans will include granite counter-tops, tile back-splashes, stainless-steel appliances and washers and dryers in every unit.
The exclusive apartment amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, business center, dog wash area and dog park, grilling stations with fire pits and a walking trail along the lakefront.
