Del Webb is excited to announce construction has begun on a 13,000 sq. ft. amenity center in Jacksonville, Fla. at its recently opened [Del Webb eTown community](https://www.etownjax.com/neighborhoods/delwebb).
“Residents will enjoy the intimacy of a private complex that caters to their social and wellness interests,” said Clint Ball, North Florida Division President of PulteGroup, Del Webb’s parent company. “We have created inviting indoor and outdoor areas for homeowners to meet up with old friends and mingle with new ones.”
Scheduled to open in early 2022, Del Webb eTown’s amenity center, anchored by The Gallery, a 13,000 sq ft multi-building clubhouse, is designed to promote the active lifestyle. The Gallery will feature social rooms to accommodate endless club gatherings, a tavern for happy hours and sporting events, and a separate fitness center with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment. With close to 100 homes already sold, residents currently have access to the Lifestyle House, the initial amenity center that features an outdoor pool, fitness center, and gathering spaces. With a full-time Lifestyle Director on site, new residents will immediately experience the Del Webb lifestyle they desire.
