Corner Lot and Corral Ventures are bringing new medical offices to The Exchange at eTown. 

Located at 11251 Network Drive on the northwest side of the Exchange adjacent to David Weekley Homes' Corporate Office and Design Center, the new medical office building will encompass approximately 20,000 square feet of space, situated on a 1.5-acre parcel within one of Jacksonville's most dynamic and rapidly expanding corridors.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment by both partners to delivering high-quality spaces that meet the growing healthcare needs of the area.
