David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately-held home builders, will be building a new townhome neighborhood in eTown!
Construction for the model homes will begin late 2021 and sales are expected to begin in 2022.
The all-new townhome designs will include 16’ wide rear load townhomes, 24’ wide front load townhomes and 25’ Duplex homes. Kettering will be expanded to include the new gated townhome collection, which will consist of 286 homesites. The community will include a covered Cabana with restroom access for outdoor gatherings. All homeowners will also have access to eTown’s exclusive five-acre amenity center, Recharge, which is scheduled to open December 2020. It will include a resort-style, zero-entry pool, an adjoining three-lane lap pool, a high-tech fitness center with an outdoor yoga lawn, a rooftop patio, kids’ playground, event lawn, and dog parks.
