The beautiful new neighborhood of [Edison at eTown](https://www.etownjax.com/neighborhoods/edison) officially opens Saturday, October 5th! The fun and interactive Grand Opening event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
With a "block party feel", this celebration will feature interactive games such as cornhole, giant jenga, a photo booth, and DJ. You will also be able to tour THREE new model homes, enjoy lunch, and have the opportunity to speak directly to Toll Brothers' Sales Consultants.
Toll Brothers, an award-winning Fortune 500 company, will offer a gated community with one- and two-story home designs featuring brand new architecture. Homes will range from 2,600 to over 4,400 square feet. Edison will feature 15 brand new home designs, each offering 4 brand new exterior elevations. Edison's new homes start in the Low $400's.
Centrally located off State Road 9B and Interstate 295, and just 3 miles from St. Johns Town Center, eTown is built upon four core principles: community, technology, convenience, and sustainability.
