eTown builders and The PARC Group, eTown's master developer, hosted the first eTown neighborhood, [Marconi](https://www.etownjax.com/etown-marconi-find-your-home?hsCtaTracking=35820acd-fc95-4750-bd8f-b189a5f61313%7C9eb5e292-2f9d-4005-a3be-8944c5899843), grand opening on Saturday, May 11. Nearly 300 soon-to-be-residents and community guests came out to celebrate and enjoy event festivities.
Attendees enjoyed dessert food trucks, rock-climbing, face painting and balloon animals, and giveaways. Two lucky winners received $400 Visa gift cards!

[David Weekley Homes](https://www.etownjax.com/contact-david-weekley-homes) and [ICI Homes](https://www.etownjax.com/contact-ici-homes) will be offering single-family homes in Maroni at eTown. The gated community will offer beautiful homes with a wide range of modern coastal, craftsman and farmhouse elevations. New homes in Marconi start in the Mid $300's.
[eTown's Welcome Center](https://www.etownjax.com/news/the-parc-group-unveils-etown-vision), The Hub, is expected to be open by late Summer 2019. Other coming-soon neighborhoods include [Del Webb eTown](https://www.etownjax.com/neighborhoods/delwebb) and [Edison at eTown](https://www.etownjax.com/neighborhoods/edison) by Toll Brothers.
Centrally located off State Road 9B and Interstate 295, and just 3 miles from St. Johns Town Center, eTown is built upon four core principles: community, technology, convenience, and sustainability. To view an interactive map of the eTown community and surrounding areas, visit [www.discoveretown.com](http://www.discoveretown.com/).
In addition to providing some of the only new-construction homes in the area, eTown will also feature smart-home technology, eco-friendly features, community-oriented amenities, pedestrian and electric car-friendly trails, and convenient access to neighborhood services.
