The US Department of Energy (DOE) **Zero Energy Ready Homes™**  label (all or most annual energy consumption can be offset with renewable energy) also means each new home will receive the EPA’s **ENERGY STAR®** & **Indoor Air-Plus** certifications. Kettering at eTown is now selling and Providence Homes plans to open designer-decorated model-homes in Summer 2020. 

New homes starting in the High $200's will feature “modern” elevations and floor-plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,750 square feet.
