The 2022 Parade of Homes has officially kicked off! The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) celebrates new home construction each year by hosting the annual [Parade of Homes](http://paradeofhomesjax.com/web/) event. The Parade of Homes is often referred to as the largest Open House on the First Coast, stretching from Fernandina to St. Augustine. This year, there will be over 60 models featuring the latest in innovation and design from Northeast Florida's leading builders.
