Providence Homes is building a new design center and corporate office at eTown, Northeast Florida’s newest smart living community.
The home builder’s new corporate office will be located in[ The Exchange at eTown](https://www.etownjax.com/theexchange), north of the future Baptist Health facility and south of the Del Webb neighborhood. The addition will provide the Providence corporate team with 6,000 square feet of new office space.
Providence Homes also plans to expand its design center to accommodate an additional 2,500 square feet. The expansion will provide home-buyers an improved customer service experience as well as an opportunity to view even more design options for their new home. The building’s design will include several energy-efficient features to reduce its overall environmental footprint.
Providence Homes is actively building in eTown’s newest neighborhood, [Kettering](https://www.etownjax.com/neighborhoods/kettering), with three new, energy-efficient model homes that opened in August 2020.
