Priced from the Mid $400,000s, Newton will include 113 townhomes ranging from 2,041 to 2,395 square feet. Two new model homes will showcase the Lark and Macaw home designs featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2-car garages. The community will also include a private swimming pool and cabana amenity center.
Edison East – part of the Edison community – will include 54 attached villas and 63 one- and two-story single-family homes. The Villa Collection will feature the 2,479-square foot Egret Elite model home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage.
