The PARC Group, Master Developer of eTown, is pleased to announce plans for a new, resort-inspired, age-restricted community coming to the western side of The Exchange. Developed by Vicar’s Landing Senior Services, this next-generation community will bring Vicar’s Landing’s long-standing tradition of excellence in senior living to the heart of eTown.
Vicar’s Landing at eTown will build upon the success of Vicar’s Landing at Sawgrass and Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge, offering the same high standards and vibrant member culture within Jacksonville’s innovative master-planned community.
Upon completion, the community will feature more than 1.1 million square feet of thoughtfully designed living and amenity space located north of Cottage Street in Exchange West. A total of 375 residences are planned across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Surrounded by conservation areas, parks, and trails, future residents will enjoy a serene, nature-rich setting complemented by smart-living innovations that align with eTown’s connected lifestyle.
Presales and early interest opportunities are expected to begin in early 2026, with move-ins anticipated to begin in 2030. Call 904-578-6062 for more information.
