The PARC Group, developers of eTown and Nocatee, announced the addition of a new luxury apartment community in The Exchange at eTown. Catalyst Development Partners will soon break ground on VOLTA, located adjacent to the existing Menlo community.
Catalyst will offer approximately 337 apartments with one, two and three bedroom options and plans to complete construction in early 2023. [](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/4358803/9aa28e17-d33b-4ff0-8317-99d4d991f4fb)
