Fifth Third Bank Now Open in eTown

The PARC Group, in partnership with Skinner Bros Realty, is pleased to announce that Fifth Third Bank is now open in The Exchange at eTown. Fifth Third Bank unveiled the new Banking Center in late Fall 2024, offering banking services in the heart of Jacksonville's Southside.

Construction for the Banking Center began at the end of 2023.

Fifth Third’s Banking Center spans 1,900 square feet and offers a complete array of banking services, including:

One Drive-thru Lane
Drive-up ATM
Night Depository
Mobile bankers using technology that allows them to meet and serve customers in a variety of settings
Tech wall featuring a dynamic digital screen
Library and coffee area
Flexible meeting and seating areas with layers of privacy that can adjust depending on the need and the type of conversation taking place

“We are excited to be able to further serve our Jacksonville community with this new location. Fifth Third is committed to growth in Northeast Florida to help us effectively serve the area’s rapidly growing population,” said Brian Evans, Fifth Third Bank Jacksonville City President.

The eTown Banking Center is located on the north end of The Exchange, east of eTown's Hub + Welcome Center.

In eTown, families can find neighborhoods and homes to complement a wide range of lifestyles and price-points. The PARC Group, eTown's master-developer, recently announced the final neighborhood as well as a mixture of retail, office, and residential space coming to the west side of the eTown Parkway/9B interchange.
