The PARC Group, in partnership with Skinner Bros Realty, is pleased to announce that Fifth Third Bank will be opening in The Exchange at eTown. Fifth Third Bank anticipates to unveil the new Banking Center in late Fall 2024, offering banking services in the heart of Jacksonville's Southside.
Construction for the Banking Center is anticipated to begin before the end of 2023.
Fifth Third’s Banking Center will span 1,900 square feet and will offer a complete array of banking services, including:
- One Drive-thru Lane
- Drive-up ATM
- Night Depository
- Mobile bankers using technology that allows them to meet and serve customers in a variety of settings
- Tech wall featuring a dynamic digital screen
- Library and coffee area
- Flexible meeting and seating areas with layers of privacy that can adjust depending on the need and the type of conversation taking place
