Every year, many people look forward to the presentation of the Parade of Homes by The Northeast Florida Builders Association. The Parade of Homes features the best homes in new construction and design. This year’s Parade included over 60 new homes by 20 different home-builders across the First Coast, from Fernandina Beach all the way to St. Augustine.
The Parade of Homes 2022 featured three designer-decorated model homes located within the eTown community. eTown’s nationally-recognized builders offer a variety of home products throughout the community's different neighborhoods.
eTown was the presenting sponsor of this year's Parade that began on April 23 and concluded on May 8. Of the three eTown homes highlighted in the Parade, The Royal by Providence Homes in Kettering was awarded the Gold for 'Best New Home Priced between $750,000 and $800,000.'
Providence Homes recently received the 2022 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award for the sixth time in a row! This year also marks the eighth time Providence has been named Partner of the Year.
In eTown, home-buyers can find neighborhoods and homes to complement a wide range of lifestyles and price-points.
