Now open at eTown, Marconi features newly constructed homes by David Weekley Homes. This gated community offers homes with a range of modern coastal, craftsman and farmhouse elevations, starting in the Low $500s.
Toll Brothers features single-family new homes starting in the Mid $400s and villas from the Mid $300's in Edison at eTown. This gated community will feature one- and two-story home designs with new architecture ranging from 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet. Edison at eTown is now open.
An age-restricted, 55-plus community, Del Webb eTown offers homes starting in the Mid $300s. Providence Homes, recognized as one of the most energy-efficient builders in America, will introduce Zero Energy Ready Homes™ in Kettering. While all homes at eTown will feature various energy-efficient features and technologies, Kettering is the only neighborhood offering with the US Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready Home™ label, which are deemed to be so energy efficient, all or most annual energy consumption can be offset with renewable energy. David Weekley Homes is building townhomes in Kettering! Kettering will be expanded to include the new gated townhome collection, which will consist of 286 homesites. Construction for the model homes will begin late 2021 and sales are expected to begin in 2022.
Toll Brothers is building townhomes in Newton. Starting from the Mid $400's, The gated townhome community will include a swimming pool and cabana. Toll Brothers is now selling and model-homes are slated to open Winter 2021.
Construction of eTown’s luxury apartment community started Late Spring 2019. The neighborhood, located at eTown’s southernmost point, is now open.
