The PARC Group Unveils eTown Vision

From the multi-award-winning master developer of Nocatee comes another innovative master-planned community, this time in Jacksonville’s Southside.

The highly anticipated smart-living community features new single-family homes, apartments, retail and world-class amenities. The Welcome Center and several neighborhoods are now open.

Centrally located off State Road 9B and Interstate 295, and just 3 miles from St. Johns Town Center, eTown is built upon four core principles: community, technology, convenience, and sustainability.

In addition to providing some of the only new-construction homes in the area, eTown will also feature smart-home technology, zero energy ready homes, eco-friendly features, community-oriented amenities, a pedestrian and electric car-friendly trail, and convenient access to neighborhood services.

In addition, breath-taking natural features will span the entire community, with 50 percent of eTown’s acreage remaining undeveloped to preserve much of the area’s signature longleaf pine habitat. The vision for the community is to strike a balance between convenient development and natural outdoor spaces.

The Exchange

At the heart of eTown is its Village Center called The Exchange. This quaint, walkable town center will be home to retail shops, restaurants and neighborhood services, as well as “the “Hub”, the eTown Welcome Center.  The Hub features a gourmet café, traditional and co-working spaces, and evening gathering spaces with outdoor seating.

eTown’s 5-acre amenity area, Recharge, blends recreation with nature in perfect harmony. The community’s amenities, available exclusively to qualified eTown residents, will include a resort-style pool, including zero entry and an adjoining three-lane lap pool, a high-tech fitness center with an outdoor yoga lawn, a rooftop patio, kids playground, event lawn, and a lake-side dog park.

Marconi

Now open at eTown, Marconi features newly constructed homes by David Weekley Homes. This gated community offers homes with a range of modern coastal, craftsman and farmhouse elevations. One Home Remaining at $725,476.

 

Edison

Toll Brothers features single-family new homes starting in the High $400s and villas from the High $300's in Edison at eTown. This gated community will feature one- and two-story home designs with new architecture ranging from 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet. Edison at eTown is now open.

Del Webb

An age-restricted, 55-plus community, Del Webb eTown offers homes starting in the Low $400s. The gated neighborhood will feature five acres of exclusive amenities, including an 13,000-square-foot private clubhouse, event lawn, resort-style pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, multipurpose rooms, and pickleball and tennis courts. The community will also have an onsite lifestyle director, meaning there’s always something to do. Del Webb at eTown is now open. 

Kettering

Providence Homesrecognized as one of the most energy-efficient builders in America, will introduce Zero Energy Ready Homes™ in Kettering. While all homes at eTown will feature various energy-efficient features and technologies, Kettering is the only neighborhood offering with the US Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready Home™ label, which are deemed to be so energy efficient, all or most annual energy consumption can be offset with renewable energy. Now open, new homes start in the Low $600's. 

David Weekley Homes is building townhomes in Kettering! Kettering will be expanded to include the new gated townhome collection, which will consist of 286 homesites. New townhomes start in the Low $300's. Now selling!

Nobel

Neighborhood by ICI Homes. One home remaining at $661,885 - 2,281 sq. ft.

Newton

Toll Brothers is building townhomes in Newton. Starting from the High $400's, The gated townhome community will include a swimming pool and cabana. Toll Brothers is now selling and model-homes are now open!.

Granville

Granville at eTown will be a new gated single family home neighborhood of 97 homesites by David Weekley. The neighborhood is adjacent to shopping and dining opportunities in eTown's emerging Exchange area. This will be the final neighborhood in the Cypress Bluff CDD with access to eTown’s exclusive five-acre amenity center, Recharge. Sales and construction for the model homes will begin 2022. New homes start in the $400's.

Apartments

Menlo: Construction of eTown’s luxury apartment community started Late Spring 2019. The neighborhood, located at eTown’s southernmost point, is now open. 

Volta: A second apartment community by Catalyst Development will offer approximately 337 apartments with one-, two- and three-bedroom options and plans to complete construction in early 2023.

Olea eTown: RangeWater plans to break ground Spring 2022 on Olea eTown. The 192-unit, age-targeted community will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. The new community will be spread among three buildings with socially inspired amenities, including a dog park and open greenspace. Olea eTown is being designed for those 55 and older who desire an active adult living environment. Anticipated to open in Fall 2023.

The Future of eTown

The future of eTown begins now: Prospective buyers can contact the builders directly to learn more about new home-building opportunities.

In addition, The PARC Group is offering the eTown Certified Agent program, giving real estate agents exclusive access to models and community updates before they’re available to the public. This program, which proved successful in Nocatee, has already received tremendous interest in eTown.
