2024 has been an exciting year for The Exchange at eTown. Residents have enjoyed a range of new additions in the hub of the community. Retail:

Tulum Flavors of Mexico recently joined several other new retailers in the Publix shopping center located at the south end of the community. Tulum’s large menu offerings range from tacos, burritos, chimichangas, enchiladas, and fajitas to desserts such as churros, tres leches, and fried ice cream. Each dish is crafted using fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients for authenticity and quality.

Papa Johns is serving up the iconic pizza and sides that the brand is known for to residents of the eTown community. Papa Johns in eTown is a carry-out style restaurant that focuses on online ordering for resident convenience. 

Mochi Cafe is a modern dessert shop where all guests can enjoy hand-crafted waffles and ice cream. They offer authentic European flavors and techniques, including Belgian Waffles and Hong Kong Bubble Waffles, prepared with a special homemade batter that produces a unique crispy and custard-like texture. 

Grand Nail Lounge offers a wide range of nail care, waxing, and eyelash extensions, specializing in organic services and results-driven treatments. Grand Nail Lounge is open everyday, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind any night of the week.

Great Clips offers fast, convenient, walk-in haircare services for everyone in the family. Open extended evenings and weekend hours, Great Clips make sure to accommodate today's busy schedules. 

Beyond Smiles Dental Care: From dental cleanings to smile makeovers, the Beyond Smiles dental team is here for anything you or your family needs to take care of your oral health. 

Fifth Third Bank anticipates to unveil the new Banking Center in late Fall 2024, offering banking services in the heart of Jacksonville's Southside. The new Banking Center will span 1,900 square feet and will showcase a complete array of features, including a drive-up ATM, night depository, mobile bankers, library and coffee area, and a flexible meeting and seating areas. 

Publix Pharmacy, Grocery, and Liquor Store anchor the Exchange shopping center, making up approximately 48,000 sq. ft. The Publix trio was among the first shoppes and services to open in The Exchange, along with Fire Station 74 and The Gate Gas Station.
