Baptist Health recently acquired a 3.5 acre property in The Exchange at eTown, the village center located in a new master-planned community in Jacksonville.

The Exchange at eTown is conveniently located between the St. Johns Town Center and Flagler Center on eTown Parkway, off 9B (I-295). This is the first announcement of the highly anticipated town center retail coming to eTown. 

Approximately 100 families have moved to eTown over the last few months, and the community is planned for up to 2,000 homes. The eTown Hub & Welcome Center recently opened, and Recharge (the community amenity center) is scheduled to open this summer.

“Baptist Health is establishing a presence within eTown to meet the evolving health care needs of its residents, starting with primary care,” said Keith Tickell, senior vice president of strategic assets/real estate at Baptist Health. “Our plans will include convenient onsite and digital health and wellness services tailored to the community.”
