Construction for the model homes and sales will begin 2023.
Granville at eTown will be a new gated single family home neighborhood of 97 homesites. The neighborhood is adjacent to shopping and dining opportunities in eTown's emerging Exchange area. This will be the final neighborhood in the Cypress Bluff CDD with access to eTown’s exclusive five-acre amenity center, Recharge- including a zero-entry pool with lap lanes, a rooftop patio, kids’ playground, a high-tech fitness center with an outdoor yoga lawn, event lawn, and dog parks.
The all-new single family designs will include 34’ 2 story rear load homes and 38’ 2 story front load homes.
