For over 60 years, the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) has celebrated new home construction by hosting the renowned Parade of Homes event annually. The 2024 Parade of Homes began on April 27th and concluded on May 5th. David Weekley Homes highlighted one of their two model home in Granville at eTown. The Foxridge was awarded the Silver for 'Best New Home Priced between $700,000 and $750,000.'
The Foxridge (pictured right) is a two-story, single-family home that sits at 2,545 square feet. The front-load plan features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 2-car garage. This floorplan starts in the Mid $500's with the model being shown in the Mid $700's. Square footage can range from 2516-2545 sq. ft.
