The PARC Group, master developer of eTown, is pleased to announce that Mechanism Coffee Roasters will be opening its second location in The Exchange. The new café is anticipated to open Spring 2026 and will be located within the café space of The Hub and Welcome Center, situated at 11003 eTown Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

Known for its thoughtfully designed spaces, friendly staff and commitment to quality craft coffee, Mechanism Coffee Roasters has built a strong following in Jacksonville. The new eTown location will offer the full espresso and specialty coffee menu guests know and love — including rotating seasonal favorites — alongside house-made baked goods, pastries, and a light brunch menu. The offering will be a relaxed, simplified version of the café’s original full brunch lineup, designed to serve both busy weekday mornings and slow weekend starts.

“Our goal has always been to create spaces where exceptional coffee can be the mechanism that people connect over,” shared the Mechanism team. “Expanding to eTown allows us to share that experience with an even wider community. We’re excited to be part of the energy and growth happening here.”

Mechanism Coffee Roasters will join a growing collection of community-focused businesses in The Exchange at eTown, the walkable town center designed to serve as a social and gathering hub for residents and visitors. The café will serve as a welcoming stop for coffee, conversation, remote work, casual meetings, and neighborhood connection.
