Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) has celebrated new home construction for over 60 years by hosting the acclaimed Parade of Homes event every year. Stretching from Fernandina to St. Augustine, Parade of Homes showcases homes across northeast Florida, encompassing the latest craftsmanship, building design, innovation, and community development.
Parade of Homes 2020 runs from August 29 through September 13. This year, 5 of the 76 homes participating in Parade of Homes are located in eTown. The eTown builders participating in Parade of Homes in 2020 include: ICI Homes, Providence Homes, and Toll Brothers.
Participants will have the opportunity to tour designer-decorated homes in some of eTown's newest neighborhoods, including Kettering at eTown with its Zero Energy Ready Homes! As always, Parade goers touring the model homes will also be eligible to win exclusive prizes and giveaways from event sponsors.
