Summit Contracting Group was awarded the contract to build all phases of development. The Menlo is located within eTown, just off I-295 / Exit 9B at 11390 Square Street. The Leasing Center officially opened its doors on March 10, at 20% pre-leased, with first residents scheduled to take occupancy later this month.
