Toll Brothers will be building a new townhome neighborhood in eTown, scheduled to open in 2021.
In addition, Toll Brothers will be adding new collections of single-family homes and attached villas to its popular Edison community in eTown.
Construction for the model homes will begin this fall, and sales are expected to begin mid-2021.
The all-new home designs will include modern craftsman and modern farmhouse exterior architecture, as well as extensive interior appointments, exquisite architectural details, spacious living areas, gourmet kitchens, private master suites, and hundreds of options for home buyers to personalize their home.
The new, gated townhome community will include a swimming pool, while Edison features a dog park, a children’s playground, and other outdoor amenities. All homeowners will also have access to eTown’s exclusive five-acre amenity center, Recharge, which is scheduled to open this summer. It will include a resort-style, zero-entry pool, an adjoining three-lane lap pool, a high-tech fitness center with an outdoor yoga lawn, a rooftop patio, kids’ playground, event lawn, and dog parks.
