For the first time, eTown ranks in the TOP-FIFTY master-planned communities in America! The numbers were just released by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors in its mid-year report of the Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of 2021. After a 73% increase in sales year over year, eTown holds the 31st spot on the list.
Since 2013, other PARC Group communities, such as Nocatee, have solidified their ranking in the nation's top 10 MPCs, but this is the first time eTown has made the list since the community opened in 2018.
As of June 2021, over 600 residents now call eTown home. Much of this success is due to the community's centralized location and continued development around the area. Located just miles from all Northeast Florida has to offer, it's no wonder why so many people choose eTown. Recent community activity includes the ground-breaking of GATE Gas Station in The Exchange and the announcement of Exchange West.

Looking towards the future, eTown is slated to open Newton, a townhomes neighborhood, later this year, as well as a gated townhome section of the Kettering neighborhood in early 2022.
